(1)With effect from such [date] [Board was established on and from 1-7-1961 - See G.S.R. 816, 15-6-61, published in Gazette of India, 24-6-1961, Pt. II, section 3(i), p. 896] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be established for the purposes of this Act a Board to be known as the Salar Jung Museum Board.
