- (i) These bye-laws shall be called the Nagar Parishad Nawada Plastic Waste Management Byelaws, 2018.(ii)It shall come into force after 60 days from the date of publication of Gazette Notification on Plastic Carry bag by Department of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, Govt. of Bihar.
