Section 5(2A)(c) in The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950

(c)who holds a degree in law of any University in India established by law or any other University recognized by the State Government in this behalf and has worked in the Charity Organization after obtaining such degree for not less than five years in an office not lower in rank of Superintendent or Legal Assistant.
