Section 138(1) in The Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989
(1)The driver of a [motor vehicle] [Substituted by GSR 214(E), dated 18.3.1999, for 'motor cycle'(w.e.f. 18.3.1999).] shall make such signals and on such occasions as are specified in the regulations made under section 118.
