Section 18 in The Orissa Sports Authorities Act, 1994
18. Sports Authority to function under the general supervision of Government.
- The Sports Authority shall function under the general supervision of the Government and the Government shall have powers to give such directions as it may deem fit from time to time and shall also review the action of the Sports Authority.
