Section 34(4) in The Assam Agricultural University Act, 1968
(4)The Agricultural, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Extension Programmes shall be developed under the guidance of a Director of Extension and an Associate Director of Extension responsible to the Vice-Chancellor.
