Section 56(1) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(1)The transfers made in furtherance of the purposes of the educational institution or of ancillary purposes approved by the Government, and the proceeds of such transfer are to be wholly utilised in furtherance of the said purposes;
