79A. Tenant's right to plant trees on Government land along side public roads
A tenant may plant trees on Government land (whether agricultural or otherwise) alongside a public road adjoining his holding subject to such special or general conditions as may be prescribed from time to time by the State Government and such trees shall be the property of such tenant.
