Section 3(2) in The Uttar Pradesh State Sports University Act, 2021
(2)The Vice-Chancellor, the Board, the Academic and Activity Council, the Directors, the Deans, the Registrar and all other persons who may hereafter become such officers or members so long as they continue to hold such office or membership, shall constitute a University by the name of the "Uttar Pradesh State Sports University".
