Section 26(1) in The Madhya Bharat Vagrants, Habitual Offenders and Criminals (Restrictions and Settlement) Act, 1952
(1)Government may, by notification in the Gazette, and subject to the condition of previous publication, make rules for the purpose of carrying into effect the provisions of this Act.
