Section 25(b) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Rules, 1966
(b)In the case of an order passed under section 29, appeals shall lie to the State Government.(ii)The period for filing appeals under section 38 shall be 30 days from the date of communication of the order.(iii)The procedure for filing an appeal and for hearing and disposal thereof shall be the same as is prescribed for appeals under the Rajasthan Land Revenue Act, 1956.
