Section 3(2) in The Maharashtra State Legal Aid and Advice Board Rules, 1981
(2)Any three members of the Committee may send their requisition addressed to the Secretary of the Committee for convening a meeting of the Committee for consideration of the subjects or matters specified in the requisition.
