Section 18(1)(i) in Bihar School Examination Board Act, 2019

(i)Director (Academics). - Director (Academics) shall be the head of the Academic wing and he would be responsible for ensuring that affiliation of institutions for Secondary, Senior Secondary and other training courses are granted in accordance with the provisions of the Act. He would recommend and review the curriculum and syllabus. He shall discharge such other duties and functions as decided by the Board from time to time.
