36. Transfer of title.
- Notice shall be given in Form No. 13 to the Settlement Officer or Tahsildar of Gudalur taluk on introduction of settlement by every transferor and transfers under sub-section (1) of section 50 of the Act or by any person to whom the title of a deceased person shall be transferred as heir or otherwise under sub-section (2) of that section.
