Section 1 in The Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12th May 2015.
