       This Miscellaneous First Appeal filed U/S 54(1) of LAND
ACQUISITION        ACT,    against   the   judgment   and   award
dated:06.01.2016 passed in LAC NO.253/2014 on the file of
the PRINCIPAL SENIOR CIVIL JUDGE, HASSAN, allowing the
claim petition for enhanced compensation and seeking
enhancement of compensation.


       This Miscellaneous First Appeal is coming on for orders
