1. In view of the previous order dated 03.05.2023 passed by this Court, since there are several pending applications seeking relief or the other, it is directed that the aforesaid three applications shall be taken up for hearing on 16.05.2024.
2. At this stage, Mr. D. Bhattacharya, learned Standing Counsel This is a digitally signed order.

4. The remaining applications which are listed in paragraph 4 of the previous order dated 03.05.2023 shall be taken up on 25.04.2024, the date already fixed.
