Section 78(1) in The Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948
(1)The Collector in appeal and the [Gujarat Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Bombay Revenue Tribunal' by the Gujarat Adaptation of Laws (State and Concurrent Subjects) (Third Amendment) Order, 1960.] in appeal under section 75 and in revision under section 76 may confirm, modify or rescind the order in appeal or revision or its execution or may pass such other order as may seem legal and just in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
