Section 2(24) in West Bengal Municipal Corporation Act, 2006
(24)"dangerous disease" means-(a)cholera, plague, chicken-pox, tuberculosis, leprosy, enteric fever, cerebrospinal meningitis, or diphtheria, or(b)any other epidemic, endemic or infectious disease which the Commissioner may, by notification, declare to be a dangerous disease for the purposes of this Act;
