Section 129(2)(b) in Karnataka Agricultural Produce Marketing Act 1966

(b)when under sub-section (1) any person is removed from office of the Chairman or Vice- Chairman for mis-conduct in the discharge of his duties he shall from the date of such removal cease to be a member and shall be deemed to be removed from the membership of the market committee under this sub-section.
