Section 49(1) in The Punjab Town Improvement Trust Rules, 1939
(1)The whole establishment of the Trust shall be recorded in a scale register in form No. 26, in which every appointment shall be entered under the initials of the Chairman or the chief officer of the Trust, if appointed, a separate page being allotted to the establishment chargeable to each item of the budget. When any change is made the revised scale shall be noted in the columns provided for the purpose.
