The required particulars regarding name, parentage, residence, age, height, etc. of the Grama Rakshi in the first portion of the Service Bank shall be filled up by the Officer-in-charge of a police station and the signature and left thumb impression of the Grama Rakshi taken in the Service Book will be maintained in the police-station, while the bond of declaration in Form III shall be sent to the office of the [Superintendent of police of the district] [Substituted vide Orissa Gazette Part III-A/26.10.1984.] where it shall be preserved.Chapter-IV Pay and Allowances
