Section 77 in The Maharashtra Public Trusts Act, 1950
77. Recovery of sums due under section 18, 20, 41, 79A, 79C or 79CC or rules.––
All sums payable under section 18, 20, 41, 79A, 79 C or 79CC or under any rule, if not paid shall notwithstanding anything contained in any law be recoverable as an arrear of land revenue.
