Section 9(2)(b) in Punjab Home Guards and Civil Defence (Class I) Service Rules, 1988

(b)if such person is recruited otherwise, -

(i)revert his to his former post ; or

(ii)deal with him in such manner as the terms and conditions of his previous appointment permit.
