13. Responsibility of the player.
- The player should ensure for himself the correctness and the emetine ness of the Computerised lottery ticket issued by the authorised retailer. Unless the constituent player brings to the notice of the sales person or retailer at the retail counter any discrepancy, errors or omissions, etc. immediately before leaving the retail computer terminal the matter and numbers printed on the ticket shall be deemed to have been accepted by the player as correct and shall bind the constituent 'player for all purposes and intents.
