(2)Every appeal under sub-section (1) shall be made within thirty days from the date of the decree or order, as the case may be:Provided that, in computing the period of limitation prescribed by this sub-section the provisions contained in sections 4, 5 and 12 of the Limitation Act, 1963 shall, so far as may be, apply.
