Section 65(1) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1997
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, this Board may be general or special order, delegate to the Managing Director/ Member/ Secretary or sub-committee appointed by it or to any officer of the Board such of the powers and duties under this Act, as it may deem fit.
