Section 1 in Andhra Pradesh Pawn Brokers Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Andhra Pradesh Pawn Brokers Act, 2002.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Andhra Pradesh.(3)It shall come into force on such date and in such areas as the Government may by notification, appoint and they may appoint different dates for different areas.
