(1)All Regulations made under this Act shall have effect, from such date as the Academic Council may direct, but every Regulation so made shall be laid before the Senate during its next succeeding meeting.(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (1), the procedure to be followed in making, amending or repealing regulations shall be prescribed by the Statutes.
