44. Repeal.
- As from the commencement of this Act, the Madhya Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 1959 (No. 1 of 1960) shall stand repealed.[Substituted by M.P Act No. 29 of 1998.][Inserted by M.P. Act No. 20 of 1978.]
