(2)The [Academic Council] [Substituted 'Syndicate' by Act No. 14 of 2001.] may propose to [Syndicate] [Substituted 'Senate' by Act No. 14 of 2001.] the draft of any Statute for consideration and such draft shall be considered by the Senate at its next meeting.
