1. ShriSurendra Kumar Bainfiled an application dated 15.10.2013 under the Right to Information Act, 2005 (RTI Act) before the Central Public Information Officer (CPIO),Ordnance Factory,Grey Iron Foundryseeking information on two points pertaining to copies of directions issued by Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) relating to B.Tech and Technical Degree Courses.
2. The complainant filed a complaint dated 25.02.2014 before the Commission on the grounds that he is not satisfied with the information provided to him by the CPIO and the First Appellate Authority (FAA).
