(b)"approved service" means Multi Tasking Staff in level-1 in the pay matrix (Rs. 18,000-56,900) in the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology who have rendered a total of three years of service which should include at least two years of regular and continuous service in that level-1 in the pay matrix on the crucial date;
