Section 14 in The U.P. Fruit Nurseries (Regulation) Act, 1976
14. Penalty.
- Whoever contravenes any provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder shall, on conviction, be punishable with fine which may extend to Rs. 5,000 or imprisonment which may extend to six months or with both.
