214. Provision regarding Public Markets Applicable to Fairs, etc.
- Subject to any rules made by the State Government as to fairs under any law for the time being in force, the provisions relating to public markets contained in clause (g) of section 157 shall apply to fairs, agricultural shows or industrial exhibitions, not being fairs, agricultural shows or industrial exhibitions held by the State Government.Public Cart Stands
