16. The Registrars.
(1)Every Registrar shall be appointed in such manner, on such emoluments and other conditions of service, and shall exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.(2)A Registrar empowered by the Board of Management shall have the power to enter into, and sign agreements and authenticate records on behalf of the University.
