Section 39(1) in The Indira Gandhi Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (C.G.) Adhiniyam, 1987
(1)The first Statutes with regard to matters set out in Section 38 shall be made by the State Government and a copy thereof shall be laid on the table of Legislative Assembly for fourteen days and they shall be subject to such additions and alterations as may be agreed to by the Legislative Assembly but without prejudice to the validity of any thing previous done thereunder.
