Section 15(1) in Andhra Pradesh Cotton Seeds (Regulation of Supply, Distribution, Sale and Fixation of Sale Price) Act, 2007
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any person (including the Controller) for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of any order issued under Section 4.
