Section 7(1) in Urban Street Vendors and Hawkers (Registration and Regulation) Bye-laws, 2010
(1)Within fifteen days of these bye-laws coming into force, the Commissioner shall appoint an officer not below the rank of a Revenue Officer (Class-II) as Superintendent for executing, under his overall guidance, the purpose of these bye-laws.
