(ix)The Headmaster/Principal shall receive daily from the class teachers or clerk, according to the system of collection in vogue, the sum received in fees and fines and shall record the same in the fee register and fine register over his signature. He shall then deposit the money as required in rule 354 (v) and shall inform the Secretary.
