(1)A Bhumidhar may lease out his holding or any part thereof to any person, firm, company, partnership firm, limited liability partnership firm, trust, society or any other legal entity for agriculture or for setting up a solar energy plant. Such lease shall be known as the private lease by a bhumidhar.
