Facts:
1. Shri Narayan Singh Chauhan presented RTI application dated 9 June 2010 before the CPIO, State Bank of India, Raipur to obtain information pertaining to repayment of loan sanction in favour of M/s Ekant Priya Chauhan - enclosed herewith as Annexure A.
2. Vide CPIO order dated 24 June 2010, appellant was directed to deposit the prescribed fees of Rs. 10 along with his RTI application.
3. Applicant preferred appeal dated 5 July 2010 before the 1st appellate authority.
4. Vide FAA order dated 5 August 2010 Shri Chauhan was once again asked to deposit the fee prescribed under the RTI act.
5. Appellant preferred 2nd appeal before the Commission.
6. Matter was heard today via videoconferencing from Raipur where both parties were present as above. Respondent submitted that appellant had deposited the prescribed fee only on 09 July 2011 and that information had been furnished to him on 14 July Appeal : No. CIC/AT/A/2010/001027DS 2 2011. Appellant stated that he was not satisfied with the information provided under points 2 and 3 of his RTI application.

7. Having heard both parties, respondent is directed to provide full information as sought against points 2 and 3 of the RTI application to the appellant and also to provide a copy of the acknowledgement received from KVIC which is the sponsoring agency in the appellant's case.
8. Information as above to be provided within one week of receipt of the order.
