Section 14(2)(iii) in Punjab Public Carrier Goods Agents Licensing Rules, 1979

(iii)the licensee shall take all precautions to ensure that no breach of any of the provisions of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1939 or of the rules made thereunder is committed in respect of any vehicles entering or leaving or parking at such premises and shall report in writing any such breach to the nearest police station.
