Section 1 in Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Children from Sexual Violence Act, 2018
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Protection of Children from Sexual Violence Act, 2018.(2)It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Government Gazette.
