2. Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.2 has, without giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, on the basis of complaint dated 06.03.2025 lodged at Police Station, Rajapalnagar, Bangalore City, issued a communication to respondent No.3, marking lien on the account of the petitioner, who is resident of Bhandara.

3. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in three weeks.

4. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India waives service of notice for respondent No.1.

5. Registry may serve respondent No.2 through e-mail as well.
