65. Powers of [the Appropriate Authority specified in the notification under subsection (1) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980)] [Substituted for the words 'Board of Revenue' by the Tamil Nadu Court-fees and Suits Valuation (Amendment) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 17 of2003) with effect from 15th June 2003.].
- The powers and duties of the Collector under this Chapter shall be subject to the control of the Appropriate Authority specified in the notification under sub-section (1) of section 4 of the Tamil Nadu Board of Revenue Abolition Act, 1980 (Tamil Nadu Act 36 of 1980).
