Section 26(2) in Uttarakhand Water Management and Regulatory Act, 2013
(2)The Accounts of the Commission shall be audited by the Accountant General, Uttarakhand, or any officer authorized by him in this behalf at such intervals as may be specified by Government and any expenditure incurred in connection with such audit shall be payable by the Commission to the Accountant General.
