Section 2 in The M.P. Minimum Wages Fixation Act, 1962
2. Definition.
- The expressions used in this Act and defined in the Minimum Wages Act, 1948 (XI of 1948), in its application to the State of Madhya Pradesh shall have the meanings assigned to them in the said Act.
