Section 18(1) in The M.P. Cotton Ginning and Pressing Factories Rules, 1962
(1)A complaint that there has been a contravention of the provisions of Section 3-A or Section 3-AA, in respect of any cotton, package or bale shall be addressed in writing to the Director of Agriculture or the Deputy Director of Agriculture (Cotton).
