20. Deans of Faculties.
(1)The Dean of each Faculty of the University shall be a whole time salaried officer and shall be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor on the recommendation of the Executive Council.(2)The Dean of each Faculty shall be the Chief Executive and Academic Officer tie Faculty responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for its administration.
